VerifiedThe passing of Imam Abu Abdullah Muhammad ibn Yazid Ibn Majah, compiler of the Sunan Ibn Majah, the last of the six canonical hadith collections. Born in Qazwin (Iran), he travelled across the Islamic world to collect hadiths. His Sunan is valued for including hadiths not found in the other five collections.
