(Radiyallahu Anha) رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْهَا
3 Ramadan 11 AH
Born five years before the declaration of Prophethood — Born in the home of Hadrat Khadijah (radi Allahu anha) in Makkah — the birthplace became known as 'mawlid Fatima'
A shining reflection of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) — her appearance, disposition, and deportment mirrored the Messenger of Allah. Radiance shone among those in the heavens. - ◈Leader of the women of Paradise
- ◈Most truthful among people except her father
- ◈Matchless character as daughter, wife, and mother
- ◈Most generous among the people — often gave away all her food to the needy even if it meant going without herself
- ◈No unrelated man ever saw her, not even her shadow — on the Day of Judgment humanity will be ordered to lower their gazes before she crosses
- ◈Spending in the Way of Allah was her most beloved of deeds — referenced in Surah Al-Dahar (76:8-9)
- ◈Deeply modest and shy — simple nature from childhood
- ◈Inherited her father's wisdom, piety, and generosity
